DMCA Policy

Ashta Recipe respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond promptly to notices of alleged copyright infringement that are properly provided to us.

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible via Ashta Recipe, please notify us by submitting a DMCA notice as described below.

Filing a DMCA Notice of Infringement

To file a DMCA notice of infringement, please provide us with the following information:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed: This includes the specific recipe, image, text, or other content you believe is infringing. Please provide a description of the work and, if possible, a copy or the location (e.g., URL) of an authorized version of the work.
  2.   6. Your physical or electronic signature: A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.

Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted on Ashta Recipe was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us. To file a DMCA counter-notification, please provide us with the following information:

  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled: This includes the URL(s) where the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
  • Your name, address, and telephone number.
  • A statement of consent to jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if you are outside the U.S., for any judicial district in which Ashta Recipe may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury: A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
